According to the Top End Native Plant Scoiety experts, 'Portulaca bicolor (PORTULACACEAE) annual spreading herb with reddish stems leaves opposite, heart shaped; found on various surfaces often in open areas. Portulaca digyna has 4 petals flowers pink.' I spotted these tiny eyecatching succulents flowering in early December.
